Thing is, old biscuits are difficult to find and are often in poor condition while modern biscuits just don't make the cut. So after years of painstaking experimentation I've started baking vintage-spec biscuits using 'Golden Age' original formulas including Trio, Butter Osbourne, Devonet, Tunnocks Wafers and Peek Frean Badgerifics.
