Recommend some cheap headphones

I've got one of those nifty Vox plug-in headphone amps which I use for practice. I [s]borrowed[/s] nicked some cheap DJ headphones from my lad which work great but they're tight and uncomfortable so I'd prefer something with foam rather than vinyl pads. Under 20 quid would be good. Don't care what they look like. Any recommendations?

Try the Sony XB range. i have the XB300's and there are great, and Bass bias. not foam cups but there very very comfortable. and there cheap.

Samson SR850 are pretty decent but a little over budget at £29.

EDIT: Vinyl earpads but AKG D240 velour pads fit.

If you don't mind in war phones then HTC branded ones that come with the HTC one series are amazing quality abd cab be had for £5:49 including delivery on eBay.

If you are prepared to go the secondhand route on E Bay ect, then if you can find a pair of Sennheiser HD485 they were a fantastic affordable design. Very comfortable, lightweight but durable , great sound, easy to drive and compatible with portable devices. Strongly recommended. The sold for about £40-50 new, and were discontinued about three years ago, from what I remember, but are well worth scouting out.

I use one of those Vox amps - nice kit.
I have also used some cheap headphones which are all un-nice.
Recommendation - buy un-cheap ones.
