[indent]For sale is a Warwick Alien acoustic bass with Lakewood pick-up hand made in Germany. The initial 101 of these basses were handmade in Germany before they became mass produced in Korea. This is number 020 of the 101 guitars making it very rare and collectable. The guitar is in exceptional condition for its age with very light ware on the body. Sound and tone is incredible. It comes with a custom made case. £2500 + shipping

THE PRICE A STEAL, THESE BASSES ARE SELLING FOR $4500 IN THE US VINTAGE MARKET AND GO FAST BECAUSE THEY ARE RARE. DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH THE NEWER VERSION WHICH IS MADE OF PLYWOOD AND SOUNDWISE FAILS TO COME CLOSE TO THE ORGINAL. THE PLYWOOD HOWEVER TRAVELS WELL. These Lakewood mades are absolutely the best acoustic basses ever made to my ears.

I know this is a big claim but having compared one to the Korean Alien the difference is day and night. And the Korean one sounds bloody lovely.
