HarperHawk Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 (edited) I bought this last year to dabble in fretless bass playing but I'm not really using it and current bass projects don't require it. Previous owner defretted this Lodestone active bass. It was an unfinished project hence the price. Not going to lie, its not in best condition. There is missing paintwork, and the jack input is a bit flimsy but could make an interesting project for somebody. Looking for £60 collected from DY5, West Midlands area Open to offers but not willing to post as I don't have the materials or the know how to dismantle the bass Still cant figure out uploading photos on here but see previous seller post on link below, I've taken some photos and will happily email them to you if required http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 Edited April 20, 2014 by HarperHawk
jonsparrow91 Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Me old bass. Feel free to re use my pictutes (assuming it's still in the same condition I left it.) Lodestone were a great company that made really cool jazzes and precision but failed due to not being Fender. The bridge is nice and chunky and the pickups are very smooth and modern sounding. It took to being a fretless really well to so at £60 this is a steal.
HarperHawk Posted April 2, 2014 Author Posted April 2, 2014 Haha cheers mate Yeah same condition. Was using in my wacky band, gigged the bass once but band is no more, sounded great though.
HarperHawk Posted April 3, 2014 Author Posted April 3, 2014 Hi Yeah definitely. The input may need securing if your moving around whilst playing but plays fine
