Replacement J style pickups

I have a hohner jack 5 string and want to replace the pickups with ones that don't hum e.g. dual/stacked coil etc. The dimensions are 95 (92 neck) mm x 18 mm which apparently is one of the common J size variants. The existing pickups are EMG select (i.e. passive) into a preamp so looking for passive replacements.

I have a mild preference for alnico magnets. Any suggestions ?.

DiMarzio J's wired in series (each one is, in effect, a P pickup in a single shell - ie 2 coils) if you like old school or parallel for a more modern feel.

I had exactly this combo in my B Bass but on serial/parallel miniswitches and it was great.
