At Last - Etta James - Out of tune?

I've been given a chord chart for At Last by Etta James and either the chords are horribly wrong, the recording is pretty out of tune or my tuner is broken...

I've attached the chord chart I've been given.. GIG IS TOMORROW. HELP!

No you just need to change the file extension to .pdf to make it work.

The movement feels and sounds right its just feels like every note I'm playing under it is slightly out! Avant-Garde Harmonisation if they pull me up on it.. ha

wow it did, we do this as 4 piece female vocal, bass and guitar intro, we repeat D back to A as guitar solo and finish with the scribled two bars below the line instead of the last two bars writen before D last time. watch the bar before D on the repeat use your ears.

Just played along to the first verse on that chart over some vid on youtube which seems like the original version, fits fine as far as I can tell (well the f# in the intro sounds a bit "out" but thats probably because its a diminished chord).

Make sure you're not playing along to a bad youtube video. There are some uploads on there from the copyright-madness spree phase that happened not long ago which have been pitch-shifted up/down slightly to avoid being detected and flagged.
