Mr.T Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 (edited) I bought this Bass a few years back when I had a bit of a 'thing' going for all things Status. I have never actually gigged it, and probably never will as I have switched over to using Jazz basses. ....hence it is now up for sale. The bass has the legendary build quality you would expect and quite a warm, rounded almost 'Old School' sound. There is plenty of wear on the finish and it has that genuine 'Roadworn' look to it. Everything seems to work as it should, and there are no signs of damage. I will ship the Bass in an old HardCase. £200 ....or £225 including delivery. ape Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 I played one of these some time ago and they're really nice playing and sounding basses and something a little different, not in the market myself at the sec unfortunately but good luck with the sale, it's a lot of bass for the money
ahpook Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Great basses - fantastic even tone all over the board. I love mine. GLWTS
oldslapper Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014
Hi, Thanks for the offer, but I am looking to thin out my collection of Basses :-)
No problem Mr T. I think I might have to offer the 5'er up for sale so I can buy that shark!
Mr.T Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 Just realised that I still have not sold this lovely old Status. .... Anyone?
Mr.T Posted March 3, 2015 Author Posted March 3, 2015 Price dropped to £200 ...or £225 inc. delivery. Surely that is cheap enough?
oldslapper Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 That is, quite frankly, the silliest price for a bass of that quality.
Mr.T Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 A silly price, .... But still not sold! How cheap does this need to be?
