Where's the best place to source a custom b/w/b guard for my Squier P and how much should I expect to pay?

+1. You might find cheaper but you won't find better VFM.

Yep the Baasdoc does make awesome guards I had one and was well pleased but if you want a cheap one that is OK try Dangleberry music online there guards are great for the price

The Bass Doc did my Squier and actually in terms of cost he worked out cheaper than it would have been to order the part from the US. Plus the North East doesn't incur customs charges
