How do I straighten a warped scratchplate?

The scratchplate in question is from a 1971 P bass, and has a notcable curl adjacent to the corner of the treble pickup.

Between layers of wood under the matress ?

Between some wood tied tightly with a big weight on top I would think or maybe some heat from a hair drier first then tie and weight on top of it ?

Stick it between two weighty plates of glass, and leave it in the sun.

Two bits of wood with a nut and bolt through each corner. Put it in the airing cupboard and every few days tighten the bolts very slightly all the way around for tension. Too much pressure too quickly will cause it to split and crack!!!
