One of the rarest late 50s Precision Bass
Matching headstock is unusual on a PB

Absolutely, I never would have believed this one if I hadn't seen it at Norm's. Very cool bass.

I seem to have amassed quite a few of these

Here's some of them:

Mike Lull P in heavy gold flake glitter - Originally made for Adam Clayton

Fodera Monarch Elite - Aboyna facings

Alleva Coppolo LG4 Custom in Dakota Red - 2nd one ever made my Jimmy C from the days before his headstocks grew larger

Ritter Cora with solid 1 piece flame maple body in Late Lounge

Ritter Cora in hand polished high gloss Cararra White

Ritter Roya with flame maple top with hand polished transparent gloss in Ocean Turquoise

And this one keeps calling my name but I'm trying my damnedest to resist its charms. . .

It's actually a slightly mintier green in the flesh and looks even more delicious :)

Another excuse to post two of mine:

No idea when either were manufactured, but the Jaguar was from the first run (Fender didn't have matching headstocks on the second run). Both are stock.

You asked for matching headstocks? (picture heavy post)
First, my DIY basses (branded - de afweking):

de afweking mk5-4

de afweking mk4-5 fretless, with a stainless steel fingerboard.

de afweking mk4-5 fanned

de afweking mk3-6

de afweking mk3-5

de afweking mk2-5

de afweking mk2-7

de afweking mk2-4+ double course.

And the ones I bought:

Rockinbetter RG4001

Ibanez ATK (PGBL1)

Ibanez SR300

OLP MM2

None of the bases I ever bought are stock anymore, they've all undergone improvements and modifications.

Oops here too.
The colour of the Dargie Delight is called Olive Green aka Logan Green.
The "shifting" colour of the Dargie Delight II is called Caramel Apple Delight.

'Complimenting' I'd say :-)

Btw, re. picture above holding the green Bongo - you look different to how I would have imagined you, should I have ever tried to imagine you (prior to seeing that picture)
