Jazzjames
Hi all, I've been using my rig which consists of Aguilar TH500, and DB112 and DB112NT, and it sounds great, but I've noticed that there is a slight buzzing from the DB112 when I play from a B on the A String down to the open E. I don't notice it live but I've been recording the cab a bit and I noticed it in the studio. I have tried the DB112NT and it does not do the same thing. I have turned the tweeter down and it's not that. I think it's something inside that vibrates at certain frequencies. Any help would be appreciated. James
Jazzjames
For anyone who has this issue in the future, it was just the grill not being velcro'd down properly, due to a staple being raised and preventing the velcro from making proper contact. Take the grill off, push down the offending staple, and put back together.
Guest
Mine did the same but it was all four of the screws that hold the tweeter in place being at least a1/4" from being seated properly. They must have overlooked it at the factory, easy done I guess.
