bass valuations...?

Hi all,
Would anyone know of a good free web site that gives a guide price/valuation for buying/selling Bass guitars?
Im looking to sell a bass and not really sure of the value of it and i wish to buy a fender but there are so many choices and the prices vary so much i just wanted to have a bit of a guide price so i can look at basses within my budget without paying over the odds.

Look at the sold prices on Basschat, on eBay, on Gumtree, etc.

Same here, ebays "sold listings" option is great. Why do so many basschatters delete all the info from their sale thread when it's gone, I think the threads are invaluable when deciding on a fair price for buyers and sellers.

Yes, all I delete are the pics, so we keep as much whatever-this-cuber-space-stuff-is-called free. Other than that, the whole ad including asking price - it`s invaluable in my opinion to us all.

Thanks guys, it would be nice if the sellers would leave a price on their ad just for a guide on how the market is doing.It would prove handy to people like me to know what the going rate is etc and what you can get for your money.
Meanwhile the seach goes on
