Weststarx Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 (edited)
Nobody's mentioned Trace Elliott - those neon green lights do something weird to me...
My friend has a Trace Elliot rig and it looks absolutely freaking amazing! (This is not it - pulled it from google images) Edited April 30, 2014 by Weststarx Quote
MoonBassAlpha Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014
Big rack and a couple of 8X10s
Yeah, who doesn't like a big rack? Quote

xgsjx Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 (edited) This looks pretty cool, though I'd imagine the dispersion is pretty poor... Edited April 30, 2014 by xgsjx Quote
Lozz196 Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 And the breakdown time after a gig wouldn`t be enviable either........ Quote
fuzzonaut Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I like those old school rigs, like this: or the Sunn stuff, of course: Quote
fuzzonaut Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 ups, sorry about that, I'm also quite old school myself, .... Quote
shizznit Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I love the look of Hartke amps and cabs. LED lights on each of the graphic EQ controls and aluminium speakers loaded in the cabs...looks awesome on stage! Quote
bartelby Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 (edited) Stephen O'Malley's set up is pretty cool. This shot is for Sunn O))). But I saw him perform recently and it was just him, guitar, FX board. and most of this. (3 Sunn 300T, a Colosseum, 8 4x12", a big old Ampeg and 2 8x10s) Edited May 1, 2014 by bartelby Quote
phatbass787 Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 I'm waiting on my lottery win but as soon as my numbers come up I'm ordering these as to me they're just cool as hell Quote
winterfire666 Posted May 3, 2014 Author Posted May 3, 2014 some really cool stuff, that orange rig is so ott, its gotta be an acoustic nightmare though Quote

Any one of those 8x10 cabs should move enough air to set your trousers flapping on its own. Still, as the OP said, purely on aesthetics, I kinda like it! Quote
