Ruck
Hi there, Someone made a successful offer but hasn't replied back for 3 days now. How long am I suppose to leave it until I move to the next offer? Cheers.
gary mac
How long are you comfortable with? I suppose I would be looking at their feedback and getting a feel for their trading record etc. If at all worried, I would probably move on, certainly if I wasn't getting any response to pm's, calls, emails or whatever. Ruck
They seem to have a fine trading record here. Just a bit odd they made a offer and haven't checked it for 3 days.
TheGreek
Send them a PM advising that you feel they should have responded by now then give them a reasonable amount of time (say 48 hours?) before re-advertising the item for sale
Scooby
Send them a PM advising that you feel they should have responded by now then give them a reasonable amount of time (say 48 hours?) before re-advertising the item for sale
Good advice. However, you might want to re-advertise but state that someone has shown an interest and they have first call but you are happy to take offers should the original deal fall through. Ruck
Ok many thanks everyone, I will wait until the end of the day and then do as suggested.
Lozz196
Plus see if your message agreeing to their offer has been read. They may have been offline, or had an emergency of some sorts, so non-contact is understandable. Whereas if it`s been read but no further action, well I`d follow the above advice re messaging again as per The Greeks and Scoobys advice.
