cclowend
I live in Gloucestershire and don't know of any good guitars setup types. I also need a set of EMG's fitted to my MIM jazz and notice the EMG's are solderless. This also scares me as my Jazz is fully soldered. I am frightened and considering turning to ale. Discuss. TheGreek
I'm sure that buried somewhere in here is the solution to your problem... http://basschat.co.uk/topic/26654-recommended-luthiers/ If you were in Herts I'd recommend Terry Chapman - bit of a journey for you though... cclowend
Thankyou kind sir. I will have a butchers. In the meantime I have been watching daves world of fun stuff videos on youtube. The bloke is a legend and has inspired me to buy a fret radius gauge, feeler gauges, an action height and pup height tool and some lemon oil. When I install the barts I will put some power slinkys on and have a fettle myself. It already plays better with just a half hour of tweaking. Maybe its my calling! I would love that!! Thanks again. cclowend
I went for passive Bart pups instead of a whole active EMG install by the way.
