warwickhunt
Listed a bass on ebay and I've had messages from the Warwick forum to say that potential bidders in Europe can't bid on my item... despite me specifying Europe is OK. I can only imagine that it is linked to something to do with them wanting to get their cut via paypal (which it seems European ebayers aren't 'forced' to use), can't find anything specific on ebay but does any one have any personal experience? hubrad
If you feel comfortable sending to Europe, I'd be inclined to be in touch with said Warwick forum folks and see how much they're prepared to go to. Go direct rather than Ebay if all seems well.
warwickhunt
You'd think so but it has been advertised for a while on the forum and despite a number of comments re. how low the price is, nobody has put their hand in their pocket! ebaying it with no reserve has got a bunch of forum members asking to bid on it but they can't seem to place bids. I'm not about to criticise them for not coming forward and buying it direct but if they want to stick a cheeky bid on then I'm quite happy to see what happens!
Kev
It just says posts to United Kingdom when I click on the link, no mention of Europe?? EDIT viewing from a foreign ebay site,it does say UK only John. This wont be paypal related, if you have selected EU shipping then it looks like a bug with your listing. warwickhunt
Hmmm tried every which way to alter it but looks like it'll be a relisting job... just hope that sorts it!
warwickhunt
Relisted and sorted with no fuss. It appears if you don't opt for Int postage when listing, it isn't possible to amend!
