basshead56 Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Hi guys, Just thinking of replacing the stock fender jazz pickups with Kent Armstrong lipstick style ones, just cause, you know, there isn't enough blingy chrome on these basses already... Anyone have any thoughts on these pickups? Quote
bertbass Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 I haven't tried the Kent Armstrong Lipstick pickups but I did put a pair of Danelectro lipsticks on my Jazz inspired bass and was totally underwhelmed by the result. Quote
