discreet
Is BassChat's Server in the USA? I only ask because due to an incredible amount of SPAM from North America I put a block on anything being sent from any USA-based domain in order to deal with it. However... now I'm not getting BassChat email notifications, hence my question. I thank you!

icastle
There's more than one server, but the one that sends mail is in the US. Not sure what you're using to block the mail, but adding an exception to the US block shouldn't be too hard.

Thanks for the info.
wateroftyne
As an aside, Gmail are determined to classify my BC email as spam. I had to set up really specific rules to make sure they landed in my inbox.
discreet
Still have the US block but have listed BC's domain as an exception, so we'll see... Edit: That seems to work. Thanks, all. Edited May 15, 2014 by discreet

There are plenty of documented issues with IOS 7 and earlier with DST and there are a few reports appearing regarding IOS 8. Certainly nothing to do with the BassChat infrastructure.
Just to clarify that just a little bit, the server hosting company (Pacific Hosting) were closed down for hosting illegal content alongside legitimate sites such as Bassworld. It's taken me quite a time to get used to living in South America.
