Handwired
Just wondering if anyone else has come across this? I use an SVT 4 Pro with bigger cabs for my bigger gigs and a Streamliner 900 for smaller venues. Anyway I've decided to get an SVT 7 Pro (now they're more reliable) to replace the Streamliner to get a more similar sound throughout my gigs, nothing wrong with the Streamliner, in fact I love it, but anyway I notice the 7 Pro's £660 just about every where, I have an account with Gear4music so I plump for them, I find it in their listing at £660 and pull the trigger, I go to settle up and the price is £514 inc postage. I discover that they've made me a VIP member after only two previous purchases but don't actually tell me I've been given a big discount. What's strange also is when searching the site when logged in most of the items have a VIP logo next to them but the price is no different than if I wasn't logged in, you have to check the prices both logged in and out to see if there is a discount, but anyway I bagged a bargain. What's also good about Gear4music is they offer free delivery and free pick up after seven days if you change your mind, if you wait a fortnight to make up your mind then you pay the return. Great free home trial.

Mornats
Wow, I got upgraded to a VIP membership after a bit of hoo-haa with my first order from them. I just checked and the Ibanez SR1200 I've been gassing for is £669 for me rather than £869!
Handwired
Crazy, why don't they make it clearer.

Mornats
I just discovered that if you scan down the list of all items in a category they're typically listed low-to-high price. The price they're sorted on is the non-VIP price so if you see an item in the list that's a lower price than it should be, then it's a nice discounted VIP price. Or you could browse in a different browser (that you're not logged in on) at the same time as another browser where you are logged in and compare side by side. Cat Burrito
I'm a VIP member because I bought a case!?! I must admit the savings are huge and highly tempting but I just don't get the urge to buy like I used to.
JTUK
Crazy, why don't they make it clearer.
Yes... I've used them and like them, but this is something they could push more...? Or maybe they don't see they need to..?? Good deal for the OP though,
