Randy Coven RIP..?

A lot of activity on Twitter suggesting Randy Coven has passed away... A bassist that I was aware of for a long time, but the Ark albums really made me sit up and listen.

Noooooo! He was pure '80s. Got the hot licks video, where he was really spaced out. Also the first two albums. This is so sad. Totally underrated imho. Shame ;(

Shame... don't want to speak ill but was never much of fan of his metally big-hair stuff - that said, his playing with Yngwie must have been a note-fest to behold.

Not sure his case for a bass wang was proven either...

Don't ever recall hearing his playing but I defo remember the name from Seymour Duncan (amp/cab) adverts of the 80's!
