I bought this new in October 2012 and it's a great bass -- but I hardly use it now, as I'm playing P bass or upright 95% of the time. It gets a lot of attention at gigs! People always notice and ask about it. The bottom half of each turns smoothly. But when you turn the top half, the bottom half sort of 'sticks' to it.
