Good place to play in the midlands?

Booking a tour and it is a slow process and I'm looking for a Midlands show, got a show for London sorted and looking for a show after that but before a show in the North West.

Let me hear your recommendations!

Based on your music I'd recommend trying two in Derby.

The Slade Rooms in Wolverhampton (lots of students)

We used to do some great gigs at JBs in Dudley quite a big gig.

Get in touch with Rock City in Nottingham, they frequently put multi band sets together downstairs in the basement so if you booked that for a night they could probably supply local supports which would bring in some locals who might not be familiar with your band.

As far as I'm aware JB's in Dudley has been closed for a few years now. A pity.....

Can't check out your music so I'm not certain these would be right, but near us the best venues are The Sugarmill, The Underground, The Exchange, Bunker 13 - all in Hanley. The Rigger in Newcastle-under-Lyme is also great.
