takamine eg512c

Hallo to all.I have an electroacoustic bass takamine eg512c.the problem is that the preamps clips was broken and I can't play on amp.could you know where I can find a replacement part.I try to contact with takamine but no one answer.

HI - according to the Takamine website the preamp is a TK40 but I'm not sure if there's a specific bass version or not....Some reviews mention a TK40B?

thanks a lot.The preamp is this TK4NT.I dont want to buy a new one.I want only the "case" that it has the clips on.

Finally I contact with takamine.jp and they send a new preamp.Now I can play it through my amp. I would like to thank the takamine people for the support.
