kodiakblair Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 This cracking Peavey Grind arrived today. Dream to play, must have one of the nicest necks I've come across, simple easy controls and a lovely finish. Had a crap time waiting on this one. 1st time Ebay seller, no tracking number, no reply to emails, balls up with the payment had to pay separate through PP . Still week of worry wiped out in moments when I got her. Quote
chrismuzz Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 Woo! I love these basses I've got two 6 string models. They do have great necks and a really punchy tone. The newer mahogany ones have a bit too big of a bridge so you definitely got one of the better models. Enjoy it! Quote
BetaFunk Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 Fantastic value basses that play and look great. Enjoy!!! Quote
kodiakblair Posted May 28, 2014 Author Posted May 28, 2014 Thanks Lads. I was chuffed with the Vintage yesterday but this is just amazing. Previous owner had it set up nicely, no tinkering needed. Quote
Black Coffee Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 I had a five string grind for years, way back and I wish I'd never sold it. Enjoy Quote
humapuma Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 These look really nice. Been thinking of getting the 5 for a while. Enjoy! Quote
