iconic Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 I do wonder why some circle of 5ths were far prettier than others, why do some have colours? The colours appear to be the same on the pretty ones so it can't just be for fun? Quote
Coilte Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 I think the obvious answer is to make the information stand out better...kind of like a highlighter does. To my eyes the coloured ones are easier to read than just plain black and white. I don't think the actual colours themselves have any significant meaning. Quote
paul_5 Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 It looks like each letter has a colour associated with it - A minor and A Major are both yellow. Not sure why that is, as they contain different notes. Looks good though Quote
iconic Posted June 1, 2014 Author Posted June 1, 2014 Ive been told there is a theory about relating music to colours.....similar colours = related keys....i'll look into that Quote
