5 String

How easy is it to convert a regular 5 string to a high C ? Is it just strings and intonation set-up or is there more to it?

Anyone done it -- using one?

Have not done it but as string gauge changes can play up the relief on a 5, I would think such a drastic change will entail a trus rod tweek or two until it settles down,
