The action is low and the strings are pretty fresh. All in all it is a good all round gigging bass with a wide range of tones and easy to play. Controls: Stacked Volume Blend (front and rear pickup) Stacked Bass Treble with pull boost Stacked Mid Mid sweep (frequency range) Tone (active and passive) Switches; Straight output from both pickups - Blend defeat) active on and off.....You can use the bass passively if you have a battery failure. I am based in West London, local collection is possible or a meet around 20 miles from my location.
