Octave up pedals

I'm playing some Pearl Jam covers for a charity event soon and we're playing Jeremy. As you might know Jeff Ament uses something like a twelve string bass on the track. I'm looking for a pedal that can roughly do it. I know a whammy could but is there anything else that's cheaper used?

An EHX Micro POG would do this perfectly. If you're on a budget maybe a Mooer Pitch Box?

The Zoom B1on should be able to cover this ground too - then you'll get 100 effects, a tuner, looper, drum machine, amp sim all for £49!

I'll give it a go later on and report back, I've not tried to do an octave up with it yet.
