joeystrange
A friend of mine was helping out Bootsy's tech last night. According to him, his setup was: Custom Warwick w/4 outputs and 4 cables plugged in 2 2x18s 5 Ampeg 8x10s 2 Mesa 8x10s 2 Mesa 2x15s 3 Mesa M9 Carbines Ampeg SVT5 Ampeg SVT6 All running together. He also said that his pedal board was something else too but didn't take any pictures and said it was top much to remember. Sounds like that'd be fun to set up every night! Highfox
lol and there was me thinking the 2x10's I used for an out door gig tonight had plenty of kick.
molan
The thing that most amazed me about this setup is that he was using a Warwick! I saw him a couple of years ago at a big Warwick sponsored event and he totally refused to actually play bass and just sang all night because he said there was noting there he could use - the wall behind him held a complete rack of Bootsy artist signature basses!
