Any experts on GK2001 RB

So, first gig with new guitarist and new head. Was fine in rehearsal but Head keeps cutting out through gig on lots of low notes. I am happy with all the settings on the front. Ie I am using a five string so button is set correctly, but I am not sure about the bits on the back. I was running a 2x12 barefaced of the right hand speakon.

This amp has some many confiugurations and comes with so many warnings in the manual that I am a bit lost.

I want to run either a 2x12 Barefaced with the option of adding a 1x15 barefaced when I need extra oomph. Do I need it in bridged mode, and should I only use the 1/4" jacks at the back rather than the speakons??

I am confused.
