steantval
Just found this small no frills concert, raw power trio. Joey B knocking it out the park, superb bass played by Eric Czar and drumming by Kenny Kramme.

I would say it made it hard t o follow the chords by looking at his hands, but most of the time he played complex Jazz chords which I wouldn't have followed any way up! Martin Harley played a set with his usual outstanding slide guitar. The next act came on, and the guitarist got out a slide for one song and proceded to play the most basic possible slide part. At the end of the song he walked up to the mic and said "Eat your heart out Martin Harley!"........ made me laugh anyway. Richard R
My wife's old iPod on shuffle. The songs haven't been changed in about 8 years and playing "beat the intro" is huge fun. Currently just jumped from Madonna "Ray of Light" to something by Elton John that I recognise but annoyingly still can't name 2 verses in! Barking Spiders
Today it's been Gojira's From Mars to Sirius this being a live version of From The Sky and this by Amon Tobin well different from his darker, cinematic, twisted drum n'bass Ninja Tune days it being very ambient

lemonstar
Anouar Brahem, an oud player: one of my favourite musicians - he makes some very atmospheric, at times, meditative, music - this is from 1991 I can recommend Blue Maqams (2017) and The Astounding Eyes of Rita (2009) and many other of his albums.
