I read it described as "Townshend's suicide note"... lyrically an uncomfortably raw listen but musically it's probably The Who's prettiest album, conversely.

My fave new band/album of the year - 'Big Horizon' (basically Jeff Lynne's backing band in 'ELO'/the 'Take That' live band)! Great songs, big harmonies and some of the best players in the biz. I was at their debut show at Pizza Express, Holborn as was @TrevorR and it was a fantastic gig. Featuring the wonderful Lee Pomeroy on bass/bv's 😎
