OK I exaggerate a bit - I was only six at the time - but I'm pretty sure I had a pair of very similar specs then.

Ridiculously simple bassline, but underpins the song so well. Also heavy as all f***...

One of my heroes: Jonny Sjo, possibly playing a BB5000 on this classic from '93 or so (released '96).
This is to celebrate that D'Sound have reunited, have released a new single and are playing live again.
I like this gang. They know their way around chord progressions, have great instrumentalists, and are just a lovely lot.

My band have recorded three more songs, and I've been listening to the various mixes, constantly. Trying to come up with criticisms and ideas for production. TBH I'm getting a bit sick of them, and they're not even mastered yet!

give 'em a rest for a day or so, then listen to them in a slightly different state of consciousness (drunk or similar ..). fresh perspective, etc.

You're going with your heart and that's a good thing. Like phil says, give it a week and listen to other music. Go back to them when you start feeling curious about hearing them again, don't force it, you wouldn't with any other music you listen to. Personally speaking, I can't wait to hear them because I really like your band. If you want an unbiased opinion chuck one over to me and I'll gladly tell you my feelings mate.
