yorks5stringer
Just got "All Fall Down" from 21012 by Shawn Colvin. This track "Knowing what I know now" has to be the best Pop/Country song I've ever heard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=024dDO7yLvo Edited April 29, 2014 by icastle Link fixed. Roland Rock
I got a new (to me) power amp for my hifi and it is sounding superb, so I'm pulling out all the best-produced hifi-tester CDs today: Burning Spear - Hail H.I.M. Donald Fagan - Morph The Cat (I don't actually like the album, but the production is superb) Bill Laswel/Jah Wobble - Radioaxiom: a dub transmission Squarepusher - Buddokan Mindphone Terry Riley - Rainbow in Curved Air Beastie Boys - Paul's Boutique Edited April 13, 2014 by Roland Rock

Big_Stu
Holst - The Planets on vinyl (mono) virtually mint from 1958 and 50p at a "collectors fayre". Didn't know until today that "I Vow To Thee My County"'s music was robbed from "Jupiter" - and Holst was none too happy about it. Then Booker T & The MGs "Uptight" OST on vinyl (again) and by coincidence, also mono.

KingBollock
Lately it has been a pretty much continuous Rammstein, The Vision Bleak and Sabaton fest. Lots of manly horror and war. Might have to throw in some Within Temptation for variety.

Awesome ! Not the sort of thing I find myself listening to often, but that's an awesome sound for just a bassist and a drummer. Edited April 29, 2014 by icastle Link fixed.
