Mykesbass
Listening to, but watching at the same time, A Mighty Wind - the sort of Folk follow up to Spinal Tap. Music although all spoofed was brilliantly done, and the film although not quite as many classic moments as Tap is very funny, and very clever. dmccombe7
Listening to this 4 CD compilation album of Prog bands and this track stood out for me. Reminded me a bit of Kansas but really enjoyed this.

Same for me frank, it’s just a classic, it was released about 1978 when I had not long started bass lessons

That said, it does kind of prove Nick Mason's point that "a band is drums and bass and assorted novelty instruments."
NancyJohnson
So yesterday it was all about Kiss Alive II, but today we get into real noise territory. Right now I'm listening to Nine Inch Nails: The Fragile Deviations 1. It's wonderful. Just wonderful. Oh, and I just ordered some wellingtons. One of my fav Journey songs. Put me in mood for this Journey song where the guitar solo at the end is simply phenomenal for me. Loved his tone. Randy Jackson on bass too. Big fan of Ross Valory tho who usually does an great job of playing exactly what the song needs but Randy added something more IMHO Took me a few shots to get the right version i was thinking of.
