Leonard Smalls Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 My old mate Trev... We used to play in a band together back in the mid 90s called Elephant - remember supporting Glen Matlock at The Cricketers, Kennington. Also remember a 4 hour gallery opening we did as a duo - lots of strange improv noodling to go with the strange noodley art! https://disassembler1.bandcamp.com/album/what-is Quote
lowdown Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 A nice little Funky theme called 'Hikky Burr', written by Quincy Jones. It was from The Bill Crosby TV Show in 1969 (Carol Kaye on Bass). QJ included it on his album called 'Smackwater Jack' a couple of years later. 2 Quote

Earbrass Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 I don't listen to much pop music, and the only music radio I ever tune to is Radio 3, but I do like this a lot To be honest I only discovered this track from this rather wonderful comedy version (David Armand) 3 Quote
Woodinblack Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 The original Torn video was quite iconic, they recorded her and her boyfriend including when they didn't tell her that they were filming. Always loved the track. 3 Quote
