Getting hold of a Steinberger Spirit bass in the UK?

I really want to get one of these for uni next year, 40 min walk to the music campus every day and most uni peoples cars are too small to fit a 35" bass in the boot, plus carrying a hefty 5 string and pedalboard when I get stuck walking is a bit of a task in itself.

Does anyone know where to get hold of one? I know you could get them from Sound Control, can you get them from whoever took over?
Anyone know any independent dealers?

There's always ebay... try a search on "steinberger". Then try a search on "headless bass" - if a 4-string will do you, I'd be inclined to look at the Hohner Jacks.

I have used Music Yo in the past and ended up with two XT-25's, both for nothing :-).
I really liked them. very comfortable to play and my first 5 string.
I wish i had kept one of them now. I also have one of the guitar shaped bass's but im not sure if they still do those.

Bought Jakes, I wasn't expecting wonders after hearing a few peoples comments but this bass sounds brilliant! Can't get the setup as nice as my TRB but sound wise it isn't too far behind.

I love the sound of my Spirit. It has 2 EMG Selects humbuckers on it and to me they sound very good.
