I'm figuring you lefties might follow this forum, but not the other one.. If that makes sense! . I'll also be putting this in others as a right handed neck! Up for sale is my very beautiful custom made Warmoth Tele neck. I play this right handed with a reverse head-stock (a la Dusty Hill), but a quick turn of the nut will give you a standard left hand neck. I'm selling because the P width is not for me anymore, so if this goes I'll be ordering a Jazz width in the same spec. I spent a fair wedge on having this made and it's unmarked in pristine condition, save the holes for the tuners, bolts and string tree. I had Gotoh GBR640's on it which are a standard vintage Fender plate. The finish is vintage satin nitro which wears into a beautiful glass where played. Just about everything about this neck was an up-charge, from the quarter-sawn maple to the graphite stiffeners and Graph-Tec TUSQ nut. The profile is standard and nut width 1 11/16". The frets are 6150 with a 10" radius This is the most well built and stable neck I've ever had, it's been a real hurdle to get over to make the decision to sell it. I'm wanting £230 for it which includes postage. Trades would be the same neck in Jazz width. I'll get some detailed pictures up later on, but meanwhile here it is on the bass.. karlfer Posted June 29, 2014 Share Posted June 29, 2014 (edited) Of no use to you whatsoever but if you source the jazz nut width Dusty version, I would like to know where, how much etc. I'm still baulking at spending £2400 on CS Dusty so would like to go with a Dusty style neck attached to Squire Classic Vibe 50's body. I once got them for a project I wanted to do, and I got a used Fender MIJ 57 Precision at a good price (which sblueplanet now owns) as a donor, but I never got round to it after I left the only band I played in where I had a use for 4-string basses. Sold the bass, but still have the pickups. They're not vintage ones, they're the ones Fender used in the Squier Vintage Modified Precision TB and the MIC Fender Modern Player Telecaster Bass I wanted to more or less replicate this Lotto Bass the Fender Custom Shop did a few years ago. Pictures of new Cabronitsa both Squier and Fender, show a squared off neck heel. So to fit that neck, did you need to do any routing of the neck pocket? Bump.
