FS T&G Martin Concerto 3/4 Double Bass **SOLD** £4000

I visited Chris recently to try this bass (thanks Chris!) and I can certainly vouch for it. It has a lovely punchy tone and is utterly playable, even to someone as out of practice as I am with the DB. The quality of the construction is excellent and although its surprisingly light it manages to combine this with feeling seriously robust at the same time.
I actually found it quite inspiring to play, with a nice clarity and presence which surprised me. It wouldn't be for sale as I was set on buying it but unfortunately it would mean selling my Rob Allen and I can't bring myself to do it
I still want it though, so someone please save me from myself and buy it...
