Paul S Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 (edited) As per title. I have a Wizard Trad fitted to my bitsa Precision but would like to swap it for a Fender '62 Original. If anyone fancies doing the reverse, give me a holler! Ta Paul Edited August 12, 2014 by Paul S
Paul S Posted July 8, 2014 Author Posted July 8, 2014 Or, indeed, if you have one/some to sell, I am in the market. Ta.
andydye Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 what era is the trad p aiming to emulate as I might need a new pup for my '77 p?
Paul S Posted July 10, 2014 Author Posted July 10, 2014 Andy - it is sometimes called the 62 re-issue model. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fender-Original-1962-Precision-Bass-Pickup-/181261985220?_trksid=p2054897.l4275 My latest Precision came with one fitted and, for the tone I am looking for, it is even better than my previous best and favourite, the Wizard Trad. I am wondering what my other P will be like with one in.
