xilddx Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014
I get the point about returning the strings to Thomann thing but the whole point of the thread is really about the customer service and the" I don't really care attitude" that is what has annoyed me more than the strings
You aren't a Warwick customer, you're a Thomann customer.
JTUK Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 All this for a set of strings..?? I think I would have contacted Thomann or let it drop. I stopped buying another makers strings as I had too many duff ones..and that from a company that used to be excellent, imo, in that regard.

flyfisher Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 . . . and then complain to the manufacturer if you don't like them.
skankdelvar Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Given that the matter is now more or less settled, I think the continuing desire to slap the OP is not only unattractive but also uncharacteristic of a forum that seldom misses an opportunity to get on its high horse about manufacturer or retailer shortcomings. Threads like this follow a depressing pattern; as soon as people detect some kind of semi-official endorsement they queue up to indulge themselves in some sly needling. That's the herd mentality for you, I suppose.
