Size, weight and power wise I'd put it in the same category as a Mesa Walkabout 12 (although it's probably somewhat lighter than the Mesa), but this is a far more transparent and hifi unit. Probably sits somewhere between Phil Jones and Markbass on the transparency/tone spectrum, albeit with better bess response than either to my ear.
