Sean
What's the difference between the Darkglass Vintage Deluxe and the LE version? The cosmetic differences are obvious, the price difference is about 10%, the standard one is made in the USA, the LE in Finland. So what do we get for the extra money and different country of manufacture?
cana.dan
Nothing different whatsoever. Kind of annoyed that it's a higher price, would think it would cost less for us in Europe because it's manufactured here rather than the standard Deluxe which is made in America. Kev
I have one on order, and is costing me less than the standard version Quite cool that Doug has made them, otherwise no there is no difference apart from a steel front plate.
dave_bass5
I got one of the standard Deluxe models last month. Sonically its all that its cracked up to be, but i really feel it looks cheap and, dare i say, not worth the money. I appreciate these things are not made in bulk, but to me it looks like the parts were brought at Maplins. I do think the special edition is going to look better, and wish i had waited now. I suppose thats the price you pay for boutique effects. I dont regret getting it though, its really been an eye opener to me. Best pedal of this type i have ever owned.
