You do have to be wary of disrespecting people who have actually come for the job to do the job.
Letting them walk out with the we will call you line is not the best.

They will be going round themselves, you have to know you have the right person before you and be ready with what to do when they walk in.

Apparentelly there is a scale where an acceptable level of hair loss can still be cool..... strange really as my baldness is way down the list of reasons I'm not cool.

I'm sure I'll get there in the end... which is why I'm assembling a collection of hats.
Trouble is, when you wear a hat everyone thinks you're probably bald. But they can't [i]prove [/i]it, though!

I had to leave a band this week because, apparently, strongly expressing a contrary opinion is unacceptable. I'd rather it had been musical.


And for reference, I am 1 on the hair scale. I am a hobbit.

I think attitude is a big one, personally I want someone down to earth and personable, not a diva.

Also work ethic, but I guess the only way you can tell this is if they have put in the effort with learning audition tracks and then a longer spell of playing with them.
