basskit_case
Morning, I have read many times that if you have an active cabinet, an active bass can be run straight into it without problem. In my quest to find a decent practice setup I have been looking at the PJB Cub, which I believe can be extended with a power cab. My question is, what are the characteristics required from a powered cab to be able to make both scenarios work? http://www.gear4music.com/PA-DJ-and-Lighting/SubZero-450W-12-Active-ABS-Speaker-by-Gear4music/RVE Would the above be any good, do you think it could handle the bass frequencies? I play live so infrequently, that any solution needs to be small, and relatively cheap. I would rather spend a bit more on the practice setup (PJB Cub) as that will be used much more, and then extend with this. I know the PB300 is available for the cub, but thats a bit out of my league at the moment. THanks
