Ricardo X Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Howdy y'all - I was cruising for improved tuning machines for a MIC Hofner CT-series 500/2 Club Bass and came upon this 'site. I've been playing since c.1966 in many genres. My current lineup of basses is the aforementioned Club Bass, a contemporary Fender USA P Bass, a contemporary USA G&L M-2000, a c.1995 Carvin BB75F, and a c.1984 MIG double bass. For amplification I typically use a Tech 21 VT1000 amp to drive either or both a T21 B410 and a Carvin BR115, although when required I use a T21 Bass Driver DI to a 'board. This is an interesting website; thank y'all for having me. [attachment=167698:drhj.jpg] Quote

obbm Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Welcome Ricardo. Wow you are a long way down south in Texas. I visited Austin once. Great place, great music scene. Quote
molan Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 How far south are you? The furthest I ever got was Galveston, or maybe San Antonio which must be roughly the same latitude. I had a great time there Quote
BassTractor Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Hey Ricardo, and welcome! Yup! The BassChat 500/2 tuning machines are much improved over the TalkBass ones. Enjoy! bert Quote
