I can get some mad dub sounds out of mine, bags of scary deep low ends, or some super aggressive music man or ric vibes. Then add a sansamp, ... There nothing like it. Cut right through the mix without being at all harsh. Although guitarists then decided for once to play quiet and lost its edge unfortunately not the basses fault the setup i had just sounded alot better louder. Much experimenting to be had! I didn't realise that the green would be not just on the front and back of the body, but in the maple in the neck as well. Ties the hole bass together nicely imho. Dont worry already speccing up the next one... More than 4 strings next time too. But need a new car and a house first. Maybe new amp too....
