waynepunkdude Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Anyone know anything about these? Came up on a local sale website. Quote
discreet Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Ask BillyApple... I think he is - or was - having one built. A right-hander, though. Quote
EliasMooseblaster Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 If one were to reverse the strings on that little beauty a la Jimi Hendrix, would that make it a reverse-non-reverse 'bird? (Sorry, I'll get my coat. In the meantime, BA has indeed got one in the works - there's a thread on here which might elucidate http://basschat.co.uk/topic/222314-non-reverse-thunderbird-build/page__hl__thunderbird%20build) Quote
Cosmo Valdemar Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 http://www.bachmusik.com/en/ Pretty good by all accounts, usual cheap pots/wiring but easily upgradeable and structurally sound. They seem to have drastically cut down on their Thunderbird-inspired basses, they used to do loads of non-reverse models. Wish I'd jumped on one when I had the chance now! Quote
uk_lefty Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 I've seen Bach basses on eBay before and i think they're Czech... no idea if they're any good or not but for a while they had a 51 style P bass in lefty. Quote
