Isn't it time they reissued the reissue of the DC bass?

Hens teeth, very frustrating.

Hopefully picking up a hodad 3 pickup 90's bass soon, if I'm quick enough.

Might just build my own DC, got a PDF of the guitar blueprints to work from.

The short scale longhorn is cool, but not as pretty, the wild thing was a beaut. And the current hodad is short scale and not (in my opinion) a patch on the 90's one looks wise.

They keep doing the guitar 59, think the bass is due another go?

Put an add in wanted here, give us a shout if you spot one?

Ace.

The three pickup Hodad is a lot of fun. All 7 pickup combinations available, and the all three pickups together is on a separate switch - the oomph switch! I had one a few years ago. Sold it on, but it sounded good, looked pretty "out there" and was super light (of course!)

I've got a DC. Took me about 6 years to find one that didnt cost stupid money and it appeared in the local music shop in my adopted home in rural NZ! Typical!
If there was a fire, it's what id save first!!!
Also keeping my eye out for another - Commie Red would be nice!

I'd love a DC, saw one one eBay UK recently, went for £180 😐 was gutted I didn't have the money, in hind sight a loan would have been worthwhile!

I've been after a silver sparkle DC for a while now - missed a couple along the way.
Remember trying one out late 90's when first reissued - should've got one then!

Think I'm going to make my own version of a DC.

Found a 1:1 PDF blueprint for the guitar version on an American forum and will adapt it.

Also, a mate with a guitar shop has a DC-12 string in stock to look at for depth/shape etc.
