Collection only, Thirsk, Yorks. Could be an absolute steal for someone nearby, these are great basses that rarely fetch their worth.

[/quote] Shame that means to make it nice it needs a good fill level and spray job which can make a cheap bass a pretty dear one unless you can live with it as it is

Being a cheapskate I'd DIY it - fill it in and stick a bit of black nail varnish over it. I had one of these and really liked it. A B2A with a body or a Jack with a head. Nice woody P-bass tone in there.
